Shipping conditions for groceries

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only domestic (Germany).
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €9.95 per order.
From an order value of €100.00 we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €20.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-3 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: 30 €.

Vouchers will be sent in digital form immediately after payment.

Shipping Conditions for Merchandise

The following conditions apply:

We calculate the shipping costs for merchandise at a flat rate of €9.95 per order. These costs are independent of the food delivery. From an order value of €100.00 we also deliver free of charge.

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

Germany: 6 - 8 working days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of 10 to 20 days.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders with facilities around the world.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

International orders may incur an additional duty and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us as follows:

Check shipping confirmation email for shipping address errors.

Check with the local post office to see if the package is there.

Check with your neighbors to see if the courier delivered the package to them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbour, please contact us at shop@thepoutinekitchen.de with your order number.

If you have found an error in the shipping address we can send you a replacement order but shipping will be at your own expense.

How are the products created?

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when the order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or the shipment, email us at shop@thepoutinekitchen.de.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within one week to shop@thepoutinekitchen.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about the order. We will send a solution as soon as possible!

What is your return policy?

We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary overproduction, we ask you to think about the environment and not to order unnecessary products.

If something is wrong with the order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are unsatisfied by contacting us at shop@thepoutinekitchen.de!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact our customers at shop@thepoutinekitchen.de with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will sort this out.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

As we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we currently do not offer exchanges.

To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description.

While it's rare, it's possible that an item you've ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at shop@thepoutinekitchen.de within a week of receiving your order. Include order number and photos of mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund the purchase price.

Return Policy

When returning a merchandise product, please contact us at shop@thepoutinekitchen.de. Always tell us the order number. You can find our general cancellation policy in the shop section Right of cancellation.
